Namaste Nova offers a variety of unique daily rental facility spaces to suit your specific needs, in addition to comfortable shared accommodations for those who wish to overnight.

Facility rentals are based on a daily rate [10hr. day]. Amenities include:
- Unique, clean & comfortable meeting spaces
- High-speed internet, projectors, screens, wireless microphones
- Pre-arranged snacks and/or lunches & dinners [refer to Dining Options]
Overnight accommodation pricing is per person and includes:
- Clean, comfortable & well-appointed shared accommodations [dorm style]
- One freshly prepared, locally sourced home-cooked breakfast
Note: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking
Dining Options:
Not staying overnight but would like to arrange a meal with us, choose your dining options and create your own experience.
- Breakfast: $15.00 + tx.
- Lunch: $20.00 + tx.
- Dinner: $30.00 + tx.
- Snacks can be arranged for $1–2 / person / snack.
Additional Information:
- Rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Private rooms can be arranged by request only.
- Couples interested in a double room must book this room ahead of time, based on availability.
- Enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub [unsupervised].
- Vegetarian and specialty meal plans are available upon request.
- For our out of town guests, airport shuttle can be arranged upon request. $20 / each way
Cancellation Policy:
- Notice of cancellation is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival.
- If notice of cancellation is not provided, reservation credit card will be charged one night’s accommodation
GROUP FACILITY RENTALS:
Namaste Nova offers a variety of unique, highly functional and well appointed rental facilities to choose from.
Whether you’re looking for a traditional classroom environment or a relaxed and casual atmosphere with a warm, crackling fire or something more private and tucked away in the woods, Namaste has the perfect facility that is sure to complement your next event.

- Clean, comfortable & well appointed meeting spaces

- Pre-arranged snacks and/or lunches & dinners [refer to Dining Options].
FACILITIES:
- Classic Classroom: Adjacent to the main house in the community building is a traditional style classroom/conference space. This space is fully equipped with a sink, tables, chairs, projector, screen, wireless microphones and wireless internet connection. It can accommodate up to 50 seated and 30 seated with tables.
- Main House Communal Spaces: The main house boasts a variety of comfortable, casual and functional facilities. The main room is set up with large, leather couches and cozy armchairs that can easily accommodate between 10 and 15 comfortably. A large stone fireplace is the centerpiece of this room and offers the perfect environment for intimate conversations or casual courses.
- Main House Recreational Space: In the lower portion of the main house is a recreational room that is designed to accommodate 10 to 20. This room’s amenities include a big screen TV, oversized leather couches and chairs, air hockey and foosball. The recreational space is also equipped with a 2-piece private bath and separate entrance.
- Main House Kitchen & Dining Space: If you are looking for a unique and intimate space to host a dinner, luncheon or banquet, be sure to check out our kitchen and dining facilities. These facilities can be rented by the hour or by the day. Bring in a chef or caterer or do the cooking yourself.
Our dining area is designed for either sit-down dining or if you prefer something a little more casual there is plenty of space to accommodate a large buffet. The inside dining area can seat 14 to 18. Our patio and veranda seat up to 30.
The kitchen is of commercial grade and boasts an industrial capacity fridge, stove and dishwasher. Plenty of cold storage available and a commercial keg for the beer lovers among you.
- Barn Space: High up on the property overlooking the rolling hills of Ashdale is a 550 sq. ft., fully insulated open space within the barn which is perfect for working with animals or if you’re looking for a space that exudes organic appeal. This space can comfortably accommodate 50 seated. Insulated but unheated.
- Forest Yurt: Nestled on the back of the property in the lush Acadian forest and beside the serene spring-fed lake is a 700 sq. ft. yurt. The yurt is perfect for occasions that require privacy and seclusion and is the ideal intimate venue for your next yoga class or group meditation. This space can easily accommodate up to 60 seated and will be available in spring 2012.

At Namaste Nova we believe in the power of the shared experience. Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Metal & Wood are the elements that come together to make up beautiful, well-appointed rooms at Namaste Nova.
Each room is infused with the energies of its element and is designed with comfort, convenience and community in mind.
Namaste Nova is a shared experience so each suite comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Each of our rooms is furnished with well-spaced captain beds, individual lamps and an en-suite bathroom. Large windows look out upon the farm in all directions and allow you to enjoy a sunrise or sunset from the comfort of your own room.

THE FARE
Namaste Nova prides itself in offering freshly prepared, locally sourced home-cooked fare. Give us an idea as to what you would like to have served and we will happily design a healthy and delicious menu that is certain to please your crowd!
A day’s menu might consist of the following. For breakfast, freshly baked goods, seasonal fruit, hot or cold cereal, French toast, pancakes, sausages, bacon, eggs, toast, hot coffee & tea. Lunch often offers tuna melts, egg salad, home made pizzas, burritos with fresh salsas, stir-frys, homemade macaroni & cheese, cold cuts, home-made soups, fresh vegetables, a variety of salads and of course dessert! Dinners can be anything from fish to pork, beef to chicken or pasta. All are served with freshly prepared salads and locally sourced vegetables. To finish off your gastronomic adventure be sure to try one or many of Namaste’s desserts. There are always fresh and delicious delectables on hand!
NOTE: If you would prefer a vegetarian menu or if you have food sensitivities, allergies or restrictions, please do let us know prior to your arrival. We will be happy to work with you to create a menu that suits your needs.
